Quotations will be based on Category 5e UTP unless stated otherwise.
Normal working hours will be assumed, however please state if out of hours working is required. Please complete the form below answering as many of the following questions as possible. The more information you provide for us, the more accurate the quotation will be. Copper - Please state how many RJ45 outlets are required?
- Please state if the outlets are single, dual or quad outlets?
- What is the average cable distance from patch panel to outlet? (if no length is stated then we will assume a maximum distance of 90m).
- Is there spare capacity on the existing patch panels?
- Are the outlets to be surface mounted, in existing dado trunking or skirting trunking, or into a floor box?
- Do we need to allow for any containment? (mini trunking, maxi trunking, dado trunking etc).
Fibre & Voice - Please state how many cores / pairs are required?
- Please state which fibre connectors are required? (SC, ST etc).
- What is the length of cable required?
- What micron fibre is required? (50/125, 62.5/125 or 9/125).
- Are the cables to be terminated onto rack mount patch panels or wall mounted encosures / DP?
- For voice, please state if 1pair or 2pair terminations?
- Please describe the route the cable will take from end to end?
